Please kindly be informed that beginning 16 July 2012, the Philippine Embassy in Dublin is closed to the public. It will not accept new applications for consular services but will be releasing pending passport applications only on the following dates:

20, 27, 31 July 2012 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You may inquire with the Philippine Embassy in London directly without any assistance of an intermediary. Please note that some services can be availed of by post without having to go to London.
If your passport need is urgent, you may have to travel to London for personal appearance, otherwise you may avail of passport services through periodic consular outreach missions to be conducted in Ireland from time to time by the Philippine Embassy in London who will announce it on their website in due course.

Please be informed further that the Philippine government has not yet appointed a Philippine Honorary Consul in Ireland.
